4.3 ABVSt Thomas Way

This medieval-influenced pale ale to celebrate the creation of the St Thomas Way heritage route, inspired by a pilgrimage made in 1290 by William Cragh.
William Cragh was a Welsh outlaw hanged by the Norman Lord of Swansea. But Cragh came back to life, understood to be a miracle of St Thomas of Hereford.
This ale is brewed with the herb yarrow – an ingredient used in medieval brewing.
